I am deeply saddened to announce that Murray lost his battle against cancer on Friday night.

His funeral will be held at 1.30pm on Thursday 20th June at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park. Service 1.30 – 2.30pm. Burial 2.45 – 3.15pm.

The service will be held in the Burial Cemetery Chapel (East). The request from Murray’s Wife Pat is to wear colour rather than black.

    From Kevan Bourke:
It is with regret that I pass on this sad news.

Murray was a genuine, “nice guy”, liked by all those who knew and worked with him.

    From Kevan Bourke:
Murray was an OTC trainee from Perth who went to Sydney, Ceduna, Carnarvon and then took a position with Intelsat working overseas in Indonesia and Beijing. He returned to Perth some years back and worked in TTC & M and then in ESA. I will see if I can provide some photos of Murray.

    Very sad to hear.
Yes, Murray was a really nice bloke. Everyone I knew got on well with him, and “never a bad word was said”.
Please pass on my condolences to his wife.

    Best Regards

P.s. Far too many of us losing to cancer.
