John Morrison has provided the sad news of the passing of Trevor Pike.<\/p>\n

Noticed Trevor\u2019s name in today\u2019s obits. He apparently passed away on 26th<\/sup> September, no other info was listed.<\/p>\n I had a Christmas card from him in 2019 which he said in part,<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201chave been in and out of hospital most of 2019 and will be glad to see the end of 2019. I\u2019ve been undergoing chemo and radiation therapy, after having a whipples operation in Canberra for pancreatic cancer. \u00a0I\u2019ve lost the pancreas, spleen, gall bladder and other bits and pieces as well as 15kg in weight. Will find out the results early next year\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n He then said would be in touch when\/if he got to Sydney \u2013 unfortunately he never contacted me. It sounds like his last couple of years would have not been pleasant.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n John\u00a0 recalls that Trevor was a member of the Vets, at least at one stage.
