John was one of the guiding lights in the success of OTC International and was present pretty much from the beginning of OTCI.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is to inform you that Ian William Ruthven (\u201cJohn\u201d) Malcolm, of Woollahra, NSW, Australia, died on 28th<\/sup> February 2021 after a short illness. He is survived by his wife, Bini, and three sons \u2013 Robert, David, and Skander.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
