Born 30th October 1918<\/p>\n

Grace Anne Dale commenced\u00a0 work with OTC (A) at Lonsdale Street Melbourne in the Phonograms\/Printergrams department from 1971 to 1982 when she retired at age 64.<\/p>\n

Grace was very determined to stay at her home with help from her daughters and carers. She had been in and out of hospital for last few months.<\/p>\n

It was only the days prior to her passing that she was admitted back into hospital with heart failure and passed away peacefully on 18th<\/sup> October 2019.<\/p>\n

Funeral Service\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Where:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Le Pine,\u00a0 Eltham on 7th<\/sup> November 2019.<\/p>\n

Attendees:\u00a0 \u00a0Present were about 65 Family\/Relatives\/Friends\/OTVA Colleagues including:<\/p>\n

Grace\u2019s Daughter, Jill, & son-in-law,\u00a0 John Caulfield<\/p>\n

Sincere sympathy is extended to Jill & John and their extended Families on the Celebration of a Grand Lady<\/p>\n
